The guidebook is a custom link sent directly to your phone. It contains everything you need, from home instructions and appliance manuals to personal insider tips for the best pizza, coffee, and hidden gems in Vancouver. A printed copy is also available at every property.

Is there a minimum stay requirement?

We typically require a 3-night minimum stay. During peak summer or holiday seasons, this may increase to 4 or 7 nights depending on the listing.

Do you offer luggage storage?

Because our homes are private residences, we generally cannot store luggage before check-in or after check-out. We recommend using Stasher or Radical Storage locations throughout Vancouver.

Is the tap water safe to drink in Vancouver?

Yes. Vancouver has some of the cleanest, highest-quality tap water in the world, sourced directly from mountain reservoirs. There is no need to buy bottled water.

All homes are located in safe, established residential neighborhoods. Each property features secure self-check-in systems with unique codes that are deactivated immediately after check-out. We comply with all City of Vancouver short-term rental regulations and every property is fully licensed and insured.
