How do I check in?
Skip the front desk. 48 hours before arrival, you’ll receive a digital guidebook with your comprehensive self-check-in instructions. Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
Early Check-In & Late Check-Out
We always do our best to accommodate early arrivals or late departures upon request. Please keep in mind that this is subject to availability and the cleaning schedule. While not always possible, especially during our busy High Season, we will always try our best to make it work for you.

Every home features a curated digital guidebook filled with my insider tips on the best Vancouver restaurants, hidden activities, and local secrets discovered over the last 13 years. Every property is professionally cleaned to the highest standards before you arrive.

What if I need help?
You aren't dealing with an offshore call center. You have a direct line to the local team. We pride ourselves on being always available for any inquiry—whether it's a technical question or a local recommendation, we are just a text away.
What is your cancellation policy?
To maintain our high standard of service and commitment to our property owners, we operate under a Strict Cancellation Policy ( No refund within 30 days check in date).We highly recommend guests purchase travel insurance for peace of mind.
What is the "Guidebook"?
It’s a custom link sent directly to your phone. It contains everything you need—from home instructions and appliance manuals to my personal "insider" tips for the best pizza, coffee, and hidden gems in the city, or what to do in the city.
A printed copy is always available at our places.
Is there a minimum stay requirement?
To ensure the quality of our homes and neighborhood harmony, we typically require a 3-night minimum stay. During peak summer or holiday seasons, this may increase to 4 or 7 nights, depenting on listings.
Do you offer luggage storage?
Because our homes are private residences, we generally cannot store luggage before check-in or after check-out. We recommend using Stasher or Radical Storage locations throughout Vancouver for your convenience.
Is the tap water safe to drink?
Yes! Vancouver has some of the cleanest, highest-quality tap water in the world, sourced directly from our mountain reservoirs. No need to buy bottled water.
Do you offer extra services?
We strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible. On request, we can arrange for:
- Mid-stay cleanings (for longer stays).
- Extra linens or towels.
- Local recommendations tailored to your specific interests (hiking, dining, or family outings).
If you have a special request or are celebrating an occasion, please reach out. As we are always available, we will do our best to assist or point you in the direction of the best local providers. (extra fees may apply)
How secure are the properties?
Your safety is our priority. All our homes are located in safe, established residential neighborhoods. Each property is equipped with secure self-check-in systems, where codes are unique to your stay and deactivated immediately upon check-out. Furthermore, we comply with all City of Vancouver short-term rental regulations, ensuring your "home away from home" is fully licensed, insured, and meets all safety standards.
How do you handle repairs or maintenance?
We take great pride in the upkeep of our homes, but we know things happen. Because we are local and always available, we respond to maintenance issues promptly. We have a trusted team of local professionals—from plumbers to electricians— to ensure any necessary repairs are handled quickly and with minimal disruption to your stay.
Is smoking permitted?
All our properties are 100% smoke-free (including balconies and common areas).
Are pets allowed?
To maintain the highest hypoallergenic standards for all our guests, we do not allow pets in any of our properties. We appreciate your understanding in helping us keep our homes pristine.
Are parties allowed?
To respect our neighbors and the quiet character of our communities, we have a strict no-party policy. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
