Having stayed in many rentals across the city, Eric’s properties stand out. You can feel the European attention to detail—the linens were crisp, the kitchen had everything we needed to actually cook, and the local coffee was a great touch. His guidebook sent us to the best pizza in East Van that we never would have found otherwise!

This was truly a luxury experience! The house is even more beautiful in person, and the view is absolutely stunning at all times of the day. We were completely wowed by the whole experience. The self-check-in was flawless. We’ve stayed in his Kitsilano properties before, and now his North Shore locations—the quality is consistent everywhere. Eric is always available when you have a question. It’s rare to find a host this dedicated for over a decade.

This place was just as beautiful as the photos if not more beautiful, with the views being a huge draw. The interior was perfectly comfortable, clean, and the showers were really nice. They also had lots of items for us to use in the bathroom and kitchen.

The neighborhood is quiet, in walking distance within 10 minutes to a couple stores and coffee shops.

This house is stunning. It didn't feel like we were staying at an Airbnb, it felt like a home which I loved because all of your needs were taken care of as if you could live there. All appliances were working well, the bed is very comfortable and they provided high quality amenities.

Good for the price you pay. We didn't get to use the terrace because it's cold but I think it will be very beautiful in the summer. Very quiet and peaceful street.
